Loneliness that the pain of life brings can often be isolating and make reaching out for help feel intimidating. My goal is to create a non-judgmental place of safety for my clients in a world that can often feel unforgiving. The therapeutic relationship is something I value and take seriously as it is often a huge indicator of success in treatment. I want you to feel supported and validated within your experience.
I obtained my associate licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy after completing my master’s degree at Liberty University in 2019. While the pandemic gave me the opportunity to hone my telehealth skills, I am now honored to offer exclusively telehealth services from where I live in Austin. I know that it can often be difficult to carve time out for ourselves. Telehealth offers the ability to see a therapist from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
I grew up in Texas and am now excited to call Austin home. In my free time, my husband and I love to find fun restaurants and spend time with loved ones and friends. While my education and training has given me the necessary tools to be a therapist, my life experiences have given me the empathy crucial to being able to sit with others in their pain. I want to offer a safe space to process through difficult childhoods, painful marriages, or feeling unseen within infertility or postpartum struggles. You are safe here and I want to do what we can together so you can live from that feeling of confidence within your everyday life.
